Clarrie Dunbar's men booked their place in the knockout stages of the Wessex Indoor Bowls League competition with a 122-60 victory over Nailsea last weekend.
It was the Standerwick club's fourth successive win in the competition and they will finish top of the Central Region standings should they beat Weston St Andrews by 16 points in the sixth and final group game on February 24.
Last weekend's match was tight at first, with Nailsea three shots up after five ends, but Clarrie scored 37 shots to their opponents' six between ends ten and 15 to open up a decisive lead and take all 16 points.

Clarrie will also be looking to reclaim the Mixed Annual Challenge Trophy when they entertain Somerset under-25s on Saturday (2pm).
But the big event at Standerwick this weekend is Saturday's showdown between Clarrie colleagues John Freeman and Russell Francis in the regional men's singles final, with a place at the national finals at stake.
