Mendip District Council has given conditional approval for:

Alterations and extensions to create a linked roof with overhanging canopy between shed and hobbies room at Park View, Lullington, by Mr B Bendell.

Conversion of the Old Bakery to new hotel bedrooms for the Archangel Hotel, Frome, including an external staircase and balcony at Woolworths Yard, Saxonvale, Frome, by Simon Waterfield.

Installation of one external and two internal air conditioning units at 9 The Bridge, Frome, by Kevin Milligan.

Installation of three outdoor air conditioning units on the rear elevations at 34 McColls, Rodden Road, Frome, by Martin McColl Ltd.

Single-storey rear extension at 7 The Weavers, Beckington, by Mr and Mrs R White.

Temporary portacabin for use as a classroom at Christchurch First School, Feltham Lane, Frome, by Somerset County Council.

Two-storey front extension and associated alterations at 23 Butlers Gardens, Frome, by Mr M Bullus.

Change of use of school to home with ancillary residential accommodation at Wessex Lodge, Nunney Road, Frome, by Wessex College Ltd.

Felling of an Oak tree at 2 Collett Way, Frome, by Nicholas Weyer.

Single-storey rear extension at 90 Rodden Road, Frome, by Andrew Doel.

Retrospective application to build air source heat pump and fencing at Moss Meadow Cottage, 13 Berkley Marsh, Berkley, by Mr N Lever.

Creation of vehicular access and hard-standing area, including insertion of new galvanised gate at The Cottage,Withybrook, Stoke St Michael by Martin Summerell.
